Kelly's version of our story goes like this...Our journey started with a random Instagram post about flowers that has since blossomed into an amazing love story. Ishmeal's version of our story goes like this... I first saw Kelly when one of her friends that I know, posted a group picture on IG and tagged her in it. She immediately caught my eye, so I went to look at her page and requested to be her friend. When she finally accepted my request, I started to shoot my shot without being very direct. For an entire year, I would like all of her pictures and send her messages for her birthday, Mother's Day, and her daughter's birthday. I would even send safe travel, and natural beauty comments. She always replied with a dry thank you or thanks. I just knew she wasn't into me. On September 30th, 2022, I posted on my story about surprising your woman with flowers, and not only did she FINALLY see one of my posts, but she COMMENTED on it! The excitement that ran through me was unexplainable. From that moment on we began to get to know each other. Our first date was on November 4th, 2022 in NY. We made it official on June 18th, 2023. We welcomed our first child together on January 28th, 2024. We got engaged on June 18th, 2024. We now have a little family with 3 beautiful girls, Kaydence, Eleise, and Kamari.
