Travel FAQs
Important Information:
ST. LUCIA
· Passports are required
· Resort - The Royalton – ALL INCLUSIVE
· The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (EC$). $1= EC2.70. US dollars are accepted!! Debit and Credit cards are accepted but are subject to international fees.
RSVP
· All reservations must be a 3-night minimum.
· All guests must arrive no later than June 17th.
· Please RSVP no later than March 2025 (including your plus one), if you need more time, please let us know.
· There will not be a room block, so we recommend all guests reserve your room as soon as possible. We also want to ensure everyone has enough time to pay for their trip.
· The final payment for reservations is April 1st, 2026.
· Children are allowed if they are 12 and up.
· Guests will receive emails after they have booked and when they submit an RSVP through the website.
· If guests submit an RSVP but haven't booked, they will get reminder emails to do so. However, if guests have booked, they will get reminder emails to pay off their balance. These emails go out on the 15th of every month.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
· Please use the contact agent section for all the options below that require it.
· All guests must arrive no later than June 17th.
· All reservations include transportation to and from the airport. The Destify agent will assist with this.
· Please book your reservations through our Destify website. This will ensure all guests will be accounted for through the resort. (This can be done online without an agent.)
· Destify will ensure the lowest prices, upon booking. However, if you locate a lower price, they will offer a price adjustment up to 24 hours after booking.
· You are welcome to research potential lower prices on other sites and provide that to the Destify agent to avoid the price adjustment process. (This requires an agent.)

· Flights are not included in the room reservation price.
· Passports are not required to book your room, but are required when booking flights.
· Destify also provides room and flight options. (This requires an agent.)
